Oklahoma Heart Hospital South Campus is committed to the mantra – “Serving the State, Leading the Nation”. We combine world-class medical expertise with unparalleled compassion in caring for our patients.
The Oklahoma Heart Hospital system is the first all digital system dedicated to hearts in the nation. Your heart is our primary concern.
Patient Centered Care
Oklahoma Heart Hospital South Campus considered every facet of a heart patient’s care and hospital experience. That promise is evident in the details – from the bed you sleep in to the personalized care you receive, from emergency care to the food we serve, every element of the Oklahoma Heart Hospital South Campus operations centers around you, the patient.
Our physicians are committed to outstanding nursing care. In critical care areas, we have a 1:1 patient to nurse ratio. In the general heart care areas that ratio is 1:4. That commitment gives each nurse more time at the bedside.
We bring services to the patient to minimize the trauma of moving. In a typical heart care setting, patients are routinely transported at least five times, and with each move their heart monitor is disengaged and then reattached. Our goal is minimal patient movement and mobile heart monitors that allow us to continuously track blood pressure and heart rate without disruption.
Oklahoma Heart Hospital South Campus was built from the foundation up with the latest technology to create an all-digital hospital. Digital medical records save valuable time for patients by making information readily and securely available to doctors and nurses in an instant. X-rays, lab results, vital signs and medications are immediately at the caregiver’s fingertips.
