JCAHO Public Notice Regarding Safety and Quality of Care
The Oklahoma Heart Hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. This distinction entitles anyone who is a patient, family member, community representative, or an employee the right to notify the Joint Commission regarding any concern about the quality of care provided, the safety of the care provided, or the safety of the environment in which care is provided. Anyone believing that he or she has valid information concerning these maters should notify JCAHO via any of the following methods:
