Free Valet Parking

The first face you will see at Oklahoma Heart Hospital South Campus will be our helpful valet attendants. Free valet parking is available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. Our valets do not accept tips.

Concierge Desk

The comfort of our patients and their family is our top priority. You will immediately see that Oklahoma Heart Hospital South Campus is different when you are greeted by our complementary concierge service. Please talk to our specially training concierge who will help guide you to the services you need. Also, our concierge can refer you and your family to hotels, restaurants and other businesses near the hospital.

Family Friendly

We encourage family members to stay with patients overnight. Every patient room is equipped with a chair that folds out into a bed and a window seat that doubles as an additional bed. Research shows that heart patients heal faster when loved ones are nearby and can be actively involved in their care and recovery. Our nurses also engage the family with heart care and heart health information so that the family can extend the care when the patient is ready to go home.


Heart Owners Manual

An award winning “Heart Owners Manual” is provided to all patients containing medication tracking forms, discharge information and a variety of other helpful materials.

Pagers

During procedures, families are given pagers to alert them when the procedure is finished or when the physician is ready to talk to them. This gives the family the freedom to be away from the patient’s room, and still have the assurance they will get an immediate call when an update regarding their loved one’s condition is available.

Meal Selection

Our meal service is different from many traditional hospitals. Room service is available to allow our patients to eat when they are hungry or on their schedule. Patients may select meals from a restaurant-style menu and choose what time they want to eat in their room or a full-service cafeteria featuring a heart-healthy menu is available for visitors and family members. In addition, one family member is provided one meal a day at no additional cost.

Financial Services

Services are available to help manage financial needs, including pre-planning before you even arrive at the hospital.
