Retirement Benefits

  • 401(k) Plan where OHH will contribute a total of 4.5% on the Team Member’s behalf. OHH will match up to 1.25% of the Team Member’s deferrals to the plan each pay period, plus OHH will make an additional annual contribution equal to 3.25% of the Team Member’s annual compensation. Team Members can save up to 100 percent of pay on a tax-deferred (pre-tax) basis or Roth (after-tax) basis. Team Members can choose from a full range of investment options. Contributions to the plan are immediately vested.
