OHH offers a competitive benefits program to our full and part-time team members from the first day of employment as a part of our total compensation program. OHH pays the majority of the benefit, while a low premium cost is deducted from the team member’s paycheck on a pretax basis.

Retirement Benefits

• 401(k) Plan where OHH will contribute a total of 4.5% on the Team Member’s behalf. OHH will match up to 1.25% of the Team Member’s deferrals to the plan each pay period, plus OHH will make an additional annual contribution equal to 3.25% of the Team Member’s annual compensation. Contributions to the plan are immediately vested.
