Getting Started with Haiku and Canto

For OHH Providers:
- For mobile phones – download Haiku from your app store (Apple App Store (opens in new tab) or Google Play (opens in new tab)).
- For iPads – download Canto from the Apple App Store (opens in new tab).
- Once installed, click the configuration link below that corresponds with the device you’re using. Haiku for mobile phones. Canto for iPads.
- Open the App.
Note: To avoid an issue with Epic mobile apps crashing please update to the latest version.
- Android: Users must update their Haiku app to version 10.3.2 or later once released.
- iPhone: Users must update their iOS moible devices to version 15.0 or later.
Tap the link to configure Haiku or Canto on your phone or tablet
The configuration link will only work if you have already installed the appropriate application on your device. Please make sure that the application has fully downloaded on your device before clicking to configure Haiku or Canto.
Haiku Configuration
- Choose YES when prompted with Do you want to open this with Haiku?
- You are now setup and can log into Epic Haiku/Canto Mobile Application with your OHH log in credentials
Canto Configuration
- Choose YES when prompted with Do you want to open this with Canto?
- You are now setup and can log into Epic Haiku/Canto Mobile Application with your OHH login credentials.
Accept the License Agreement
Once the application has been installed on your mobile device and the configuration link has been successfully completed, you will be asked to accept the license agreement.
Sign in using your OHH Login Credentials
You can login to Epic Haiku/Canto Mobile Application with your OHH login credentials.
