Price Transparency

We understand that the costs of care can be confusing.  A comprehensive list referred to as the hospital’s “chargemaster” contains baseline rates for services established by the hospital for services and supplies provided.  The “chargemaster” containing standard charges for OHH and OHHS can be accessed below.  Please note professional charges (fees from surgeon, anesthesiologist, consulting physician, etc.) are not included in the hospital’s standard charges and will be separately billed.

In addition to listing our standard charges, a display of shoppable services can be selected below for each facility.  Standard charges shown do not necessarily reflect the amount a patient will pay for services rendered.  Government insurance plans such as Medicare and Medicaid do not pay the chargemaster rate but have their own set of rates which hospitals are obligated to accept.  Commercial insurance payments are based on agreed upon rates by the insurance carrier and hospital.  Patients without commercial insurance or not covered by a government health plan should contact the hospital prior to a procedure to discuss alternative pricing and payment terms.
