In-hospital care of critically ill patients with various medical and surgical issues. Office practice encompasses the care of patients with sleep disorders, and various lung conditions including COPD, asthma, lung cancer, lung nodules and pulmonary fibrosis. Served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock, Arkansas from 2005 -2009. Also served as the Director of the Sleep Disorders Program of Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, and as the Associate Program Director of the Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Program at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. Currently holds a faculty appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.

Dr. Nazir enjoys landscaping, photography and cooking. His wife is a practicing ophthalmologist in Norman, OK. They have 2 children.
